We load cargo up to the weight limit (max 20 tons) in a 20ft container, with a variety of engines, suspension, body parts, half cuts, and complete cars. Loading is done by our professional team for maximum space utilization. We take photos of the loading process for your confirmation.
For standard mixed engine container, we load engines row by row, separated by protective cardboard and wood boards to prevent shifting or damage. We can load 15-20 engines securely along with smaller parts to fill any gaps.
We load half cuts and dismantled vehicle sections side-by-side and stacked using sturdy cargo straps. A typical 20ft container accommodates 12-14 half cuts depending on size, alongside matching doors, fenders, and suspensions.
A highly efficient mix of heavy items like engines and suspension on the floor, and lighter parts such as doors, bumpers, seats, and electrical components on top. Perfect for general parts wholesalers.
We load cargo up to the weight limit (max 26 tons) in a 40ft container. This is the most cost-effective shipping method for bulk vehicle parts. Our professional team plans the loading arrangement using custom rigging to secure half cuts, complete dismantled cars, and engines safely.
With a 40ft high-cube container, we can fit 30-40 engines loaded securely on dual-level metal racks. Specialized bracing ensures absolute safety of fragile components, allowing bulk distributors to import maximum inventory.
A high-capacity load fitting 25-30 complete half-cuts or nose-cuts. Vehicles are carefully dismantled, coded for sorting, stacked vertically with foam padding, and tied down securely to avoid cargo shift.
Our most popular export configuration. We place heavy assemblies (engines, transmissions, struts, hubs) in base layers, and fill the vast overhead volume with body shells, doors, electronics, and exhaust pipes.

To start your order, it is necessary to register on our platform, sign the Business Contract, and send a minimum initial deposit of 1,500,000 JPY.
Once your account is validated, you can select the items you need and add them to your cart. If you are interested in items not available in stock, you can make an order request.
Note: As your total order volume increases, we will request additional deposit payments to allow you to continue reserving items.
Throughout the entire process, your dedicated sales agent will keep you constantly informed about your container's status and its contents. They will advise you on whether you need to gather more parts or if the container has reached its full capacity.
Before we proceed to load the container, we will issue a Proforma Invoice with your reserved items. At this stage, we must receive approximately 100% of the total amount of the order.
